Sessions focus on two core elements – Fitness and Nutrition. A body strongly founded in these two areas creates a solid foundation to progress as an athlete and to promote overall health. Sessions are individualized to train and reinforce fundamental movement patterns, focusing on the mastery in a relatively small number of exercises that engage large muscle groups in unison. From that foundation, we can develop your fitness capacity in any direction you desire.
Pricing
First session is free, members are anyone with a monthly class membership in our parkour program.
Drop-in
- 1/2 hour: $30
- 1 hour: $60
Members
- 1/2 hour: $20
- 1 hour: $40
Monthly Packages: Non-Members
- 1 one hour session a week : $180
- 2 one hour sessions a week: $320
Members
